Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

Friday, August 27th, 2010

It is hard to believe that it’s that time of year again! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party begins at the Magic Kingdom on September 14th! Children and parents alike get dressed in costumes for trick-or-treating inside the Magic Kingdom Park. Aside from free candy, there are special character dance parties and meet-and-greets, Mickey’s “Boo to You” parade, and the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks display. Get a spot for the Boo to You parade early so that you don’t miss the Headless Horseman! HalloWishes can be seen throughout the park, but the best viewing locations are in front of the castle! The parties run from 7pm until midnight on select nights until November 1st. Visit the official website for more details and ticket information.

Disney’s Summer Nightastic!

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010

Until August 14th Disney’s Magic Kingdom Wishes Fireworks display has been replaced with the Summer Nightastic. If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend you do so. For those who have been to a Mickey’s Not-so-Scary Halloween Party or the Very Merry Christmas party, you would definitely remember the spectacular perimeter fireworks. Now you don’t have to wait for a special occasion. The Summer Nightastic show lights up the sky with perimeter fireworks everynight!
